How long does it take to receive a referral notification?

We typically send referrals within 3 to 4 minutes, but sometimes it may take a bit longer.

Is there a contract?

No, there is no contract. We bill quarterly, but if you are not satisfied after three months, you can opt out.

How many groups are you a member of?

We are members of over 300 groups, including KW, EXP, Real Estate Coaching, and other Real Estate referral groups. We also strive to join groups suggested by our clients, although there are some limitations to this.

What if I'm not a member of the group?

We will provide you with the content of the referral agent’s post so you can read and follow the instructions. In the meantime, you can attempt to join the group.

Is this service only for KW or all Brokerages?

It is for all Brokerages.


Can I refer someone, and will I receive a reward for doing so?

Yes, you can refer someone. Please check with us first to confirm availability. If your referral is accepted, you will receive a $50 discount on your next bill.

Are you in all types of Groups?

We are in many groups, but not all. For example, we are not in female-only groups, veteran-only groups, groups with admins from New York, or groups with paid subscriptions, such as coaching client groups.

What if I am a member of a group that you are not?

You can send us the group’s link and name or a screenshot. We will attempt to join it, provided the admins permit us.

How can I make a payment?

You can pay us via PayPal, Venmo, or credit card.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, you can request an invoice, and we will be happy to provide one. You can also request a W9 if needed.


Will I be informed when my package is about to expire?

Yes, you will be notified via text and email on the last day of your package. You will then have 5 days to make a payment. If no payment is received, services will be stopped at the end of the 5th day.

What are your coverage hours?

Our coverage hours are from 8 AM to 12 AM EST, Monday through Friday. On weekends (Saturday and Sunday), we cover from 12 PM to 8 PM EST.

What should I do if I notice a missed referral notification?

While it’s uncommon, if you see a missed referral notification, please first check our coverage hours. If it was missed within our coverage times, let us know immediately with a screenshot, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

What if my VA is from another country? Will you still text them?

We can only send texts to USA and Canada numbers.

Am I going to be exclusive in my area?

If you choose Package No. 3, you will have exclusivity in your area. For the first two packages, we may add one additional client in the same area.

What is the main reason people opt out of your services?

The primary reason is that clients often lack the capacity to call referrals immediately, which leads to not seeing a return on investment (ROI) and subsequently opting out.

Can you provide names of your clients for reference?

We can provide a couple of names, but most of our clients prefer to remain anonymous.

What if I want to join in the middle of the month? Will I pay for the full month or will it be pro-rated?

Your payment will be pro-rated.

Where are you registered?

We are registered in New York.

What are the steps to sign up?

1. Visit our Home, Sign Up, Pricing, or Contact Us page and fill out the form. Jason Green will contact you to confirm your details.

2. We will add you to our system and run a test to ensure you are receiving texts and emails.

3. After the test is successful, you will make the payment, and your services will be activated.

What if I want to add more team members than my package allows?

For Package No. 1, you can have one additional member receiving text and email notifications. Package No. 2 includes two members, and Package No. 3 includes four members. If you need more members, you can add up to 25 team members for an additional $25 per month per member.

What if I want to add more counties to my package?

With Package No. 1, you have coverage for 2 counties. For coverage of 3 counties, you will be upgraded to Package No. 2. For coverage of 5 counties, you will be upgraded to Package No. 3. For more than 5 counties, you will be charged an additional $75 per county on top of Package No. 3.
